Once you place your order, we need 1-2 days to process, pick and pack the bottle(s) for safe delivery.  When it leaves the warehouse, we will email you a tracking number (be sure to check your spam/junk/bulk folders as emails sometimes land there.).  Ground shipping takes 5-7 business days after leaving the warehouse, unless you chose 2 day or overnight.  If you pay for expedited shipping, it means your order goes to the front of line and gets processed, picked, packed and shipped first.

If you are unhappy with your order you may return it to us for a full refund on any unopened items within 30 days. Return shipping for these orders is the responsibility of the customer.

Yes, if you would like us to hold your order until a later date due to weather conditions, travel, etc., please let us know in the order comments box upon checkout

You can order anywhere from a single bottle to 120 items at a time. If you need to order more than 120 items you will have to break your order up into multiple orders.
